Leadership Coaching

For new or experienced leaders, and those navigating transitions or change.

Leadership can be deeply rewarding, but it can also feel isolating, complex, and emotionally demanding. Whether you're transitioning into a new role, navigating organisational change, managing team dynamics, or feeling stretched by the demands of leading others, leadership coaching provides a reflective, supportive space to grow with purpose and clarity.

Our coaching is grounded in psychological insight, emotional intelligence, and real-world organisational experience. With formal endorsement in Organisational Psychology and a background supporting professionals across government, public sector, and workplace settings, we understand the unique challenges leaders face in complex environments.

We work with professionals across all levels—emerging leaders, team managers, and senior executives—who are looking to enhance their self-awareness, resilience, communication, and leadership impact.

Common reasons clients seek coaching include:

  • Stepping into a new or more senior leadership role

  • Managing interpersonal or team conflict

  • Leading through uncertainty or restructure

  • Strengthening confidence in decision-making and influence

  • Overcoming self-doubt or imposter feelings

  • Preparing for public speaking or high-stakes presentations

  • Preventing or recovering from leadership fatigue or burnout

  • Improving boundaries and creating sustainable leadership practices

  • Supporting team wellbeing and building a culture of psychological safety

We offer a supportive, structured, and values-driven approach to coaching. Every coaching engagement is tailored to your personal leadership goals and the unique organisational context you operate in.

As a registered psychologist endorsed in Organisational Psychology and an ICF-accredited coach (ACC level), we bring both depth and structure to the coaching process, drawing from behavioural science and leadership research.

We are accredited to administer and interpret a range of leadership and personality assessments, including:

  • Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI) – to explore leadership thinking styles, behaviours, and their impact

  • Hogan Personality Assessments – for insight into leadership strengths, values, and potential derailers

  • Acceptance Commitment Coaching (ACC) – supporting values-driven decision-making and psychological flexibility

  • Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC) – helping leaders manage anxiety, address unhelpful thinking patterns, and build confidence through exposure strategies, particularly in public speaking or high-pressure environments

  • Strengths-based reflection and values clarification

  • Self-insight and reflective practice for sustainable leadership development

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1.     What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching is future-focused and goal-oriented. It helps individuals improve performance, increase self-awareness, and develop leadership capacity within the context of their professional role. Therapy, on the other hand, typically addresses emotional or mental health issues and may involve healing from past experiences. While coaching draws from psychological insight, it does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.

2.   Do I need to be in a senior leadership position to benefit from coaching?

Not at all. Leadership coaching is valuable at any stage of your leadership journey—whether you're stepping into your first management role, transitioning careers, or seeking clarity in your existing leadership style. The coaching process is always tailored to your unique goals and professional context.

3.     How often do coaching sessions occur and how long does the process take?

Coaching can be flexible depending on your availability and goals. Many clients start with sessions every 2–3 weeks and adjust as needed. Some prefer short-term coaching (e.g. 3–6 sessions), while others continue to embed deeper, long-term change over several months. We’ll work together to find a rhythm that suits you.

4.   What if my organisation is sponsoring the coaching?

That’s a common and welcome arrangement. If your organisation is funding your coaching, we can collaborate with them on logistics, invoicing, and goal alignment—while ensuring confidentiality in our sessions. Clear boundaries are established to protect your privacy and support your personal development. You’re still in the driver’s seat of your own coaching journey.

5.     Is coaching suitable for culturally diverse leaders?

Yes, absolutely. We are particularly attuned to the experiences of bilingual, cross-cultural, and first-generation leadersnavigating diverse professional environments. Coaching sessions are available in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and are conducted with deep respect for cultural identity, language preferences, and the lived realities of working across cultures.

Whether you’re an organisation seeking coaching support for your leaders, or an individual professional looking to grow with purpose, we welcome you to get in touch.

We’d be glad to explore how coaching can support your next steps forward.
